Quali dati. Nome, cognome, indirizzo email, l'uso che dichiari del programma, la lingua della pagina, le spunte del modulo, data e ora della registrazione.
Perché e su quale base. Per mandarti i link di download e rispondere ai tuoi messaggi sul programma, come mi chiedi registrandoti (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). Per sapere, a titolo personale e senza alcun fine commerciale, dove e come vengono usati questi programmi e preparare un riepilogo per me (legittimo interesse, art. 6, par. 1, lett. f). Solo se metti la spunta facoltativa, per avvisarti di nuove versioni o nuovi programmi (consenso, art. 6, par. 1, lett. a), che puoi ritirare in qualsiasi momento rispondendo a una mia email. Senza i dati obbligatori non posso mandarti il link.
Come e dove. Il modulo invia i dati a un piccolo programma (Google Apps Script) nel mio account Google, che li scrive in un foglio di calcolo, ti manda l'email con i link e manda a me una notifica con i dati inseriti. Il programma si scarica da Google Drive. Google agisce come fornitore del servizio e può trattare i dati anche fuori dall'Unione europea, con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (decisione di adeguatezza UE-USA, clausole contrattuali standard). Non cedo né vendo i dati a nessuno.
Per quanto tempo. Fino a 24 mesi dalla registrazione, poi vengono cancellati automaticamente. Prima, se me lo chiedi.
I tuoi diritti. Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti o riceverli in un formato leggibile (articoli 15–22 GDPR), scrivendo all'indirizzo sopra. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Minori. Il registro è riservato a chi ha almeno 14 anni.
PayPal. Il pulsante e il codice per il contributo aprono il sito di PayPal: solo se lo scegli. Da quel momento i tuoi dati sono trattati da PayPal come titolare autonomo, secondo la sua informativa.
Niente cookie. Questa pagina non usa cookie né memorizza nulla nel tuo browser; i caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul server del sito.

What data. First name, last name, email address, the use you declare, the page language, the form's tick boxes, date and time of registration.
Why, and on what basis. To send you the download links and answer your messages about the program, as you ask by registering (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To know, privately and with no commercial purpose, where and how these programs are used and to prepare a summary for myself (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Only if you tick the optional box, to tell you about new versions or programs (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to one of my emails. Without the required data I can't send you the link.
How and where. The form sends the data to a small program (Google Apps Script) in my Google account, which writes it to a spreadsheet, sends you the email with the links and sends me a notification with the details entered. The program is downloaded from Google Drive. Google acts as the service provider and may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses). I never pass on or sell the data.
How long. Up to 24 months from registration, then it is deleted automatically. Sooner, if you ask.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object, or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors. The register is for people aged 14 and over.
PayPal. The contribution button and code open PayPal's website, only if you choose. From then on your data is handled by PayPal as an independent controller, under its own privacy notice.
No cookies. This page uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; the typefaces are hosted on the site's own server.
